Shanoma has worked in over 45 Countries where it focuses on improving the welfare of women and men living in emerging and developing countries to strengthen and build capacity for longer term sustainable results. Shanoma examines results and contributing factors (program inputs and contextual influences), including economic programs for the unemployed and underemployed women and youth. We examine processes that either stimulate or hinder the delivery of empowerment and leadership for men, women, and youth.

Director, Senior ConsultantMs Paul is an Agricultural Economist with broad based background in development marketing, planning, program evaluation and socio-economic development. She has lived and worked extensively in the Caribbean over the past 20 years. Her experience ranges from project design to ex-post evaluation and from country level policy development to development of regional programs
Senior Consultant – Analytics ExpertSuperior analytics experience and technical knowledge in MACROS, VBA, MS Access Tools, NVIVO and other statistical applications which are utilized in various statistical projects to automate processes to ensure that efficiencies are met. Aima has a bachelor’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada specializing in Mathematics and Accounting. She brings those skills to projects and is a valuable Shanoma team member.
